It was almost the first time and the last time. I showed up to drop off the car after an appointment made 20 days in advance following an appraisal. At reception, he told me: "I didn't want this car" and, the icing on the cake, Mr. Aimable told me: "I told you on the phone" (false), but I did have an appointment. So, no parts ordered. 20 days wasted, forced to find a garage and wait again.

Horrible experience… I mean REALLY.
The cashier at your Total station owes me an apology, but she seems so clueless that I doubt she's the kind of person capable of self-reflection, and it's really pathetic, especially for an older person.
I went to this station to fill up my gas tank, and when I went to swipe my club card (for the first time), there was an error message.
So I went inside to ask if I had done something wrong.
I should mention that I was extremely polite, smiling, and I didn't want to bother anyone at all! I just wanted some information for future visits.
The woman at the counter told me that I shouldn't insert it but just click on "yes, I have the card." I explained that that's what I did, but then I was asked to insert it (which makes sense, otherwise everyone could just click "yes, Einstein"). Anyway.
The woman immediately became aggressive, sighing and telling me it was impossible to ask me to insert my card, and I didn't understand anything.
I asked her why she was being aggressive, and she replied, "If you're not happy, call Total." Then she addressed the person behind me.
I moved to the side. It was the first time anyone had spoken to me like that; I'm extremely discreet, and she clearly took advantage of that. It was completely humiliating and unfair, so I asked to speak to a manager. She told me that was her responsibility and that I could leave.
If the person had been respectful and simply told me she couldn't help me because she didn't know, I would never have insisted!
I had a photo of the screen that was asking me to insert my card. I showed it to a man, and the woman interrupted me, saying, "Is that all you have to do? Go get some help!"
The issue is the way she responded, looked at me, and spoke down to me, telling me I didn't understand anything and that I needed to get help. Her attitude was completely unjustified; I was far too nice.

The invoice wasn't itemized. After a service, the fluid levels weren't checked. There was no windshield washer fluid. The car wasn't washed, even though it's a tradition at Renault to return the car clean. The receptionist (a woman) was unfriendly.

I had a flat tire. I went to the garage, and to change a tire for 77 euros online, they wanted to charge me 160 euros.
When I told them no, the receptionist practically yelled at me.
At Carter Cash, they charged me 88 euros for the same tire, including balancing. I don't understand such a price difference.
