A bit of a hassle. To order a simple rearview mirror, I had to call several times to find out the status of my order because they kept forgetting to call me back. Admittedly, there were supplier issues, but the staff there were very friendly and welcoming.

The receptionist was unpleasant, hung up on me and didn't answer, and all for a simple appointment for a service check. It's a shame, I won't be going back.

After having a service done there costing over €600, they didn't even check the windshield washer fluid level.
