I came in to have the rocker cover replaced on my 208 GTi. I dropped off my car at 10:00 AM, they took care of it immediately, and I picked it up at 2:30 PM. They even lent me a car while my car was being repaired.
The staff was very pleasant and attentive; I highly recommend them.

I came in urgently for a battery replacement, and the garage took care of my vehicle immediately.
We were warmly welcomed by two women who also answered all our questions and concerns about the vehicle.
I wouldn't hesitate for a second to entrust my vehicle to them again when I'm in the area!

Purchased in June 2022. A vehicle riddled with hidden defects and problems that arose immediately upon our acquisition. We spent a fortune on repairs. I cannot be accused of defamation for mentioning the dishonesty of the manager at the time, since Peugeot France themselves were informed of the issues.

A loyal customer for three years, I have always had my vehicle serviced at your garage with complete confidence. However, I must say that this confidence has crumbled in the face of the current quality of service.
A few days ago, I came in for an emergency due to a critical engine warning light. The reception? Cold, rushed, no listening, no willingness to help. I was told that "no one can look at it" for a week. Not even a simple diagnostic check, which could be done in ten minutes. I was immediately taken care of elsewhere—proof that it's possible when you're willing to make the effort.
The diagnostic result: the DPF additive level was too low. An issue that should have been detected and anticipated during my last service at your garage. Nothing was done. Total silence. Complete negligence.
I left your garage with a potentially broken-down vehicle and enormous stress, on the eve of my vacation. This is simply unacceptable.
This kind of attitude, combined with a blatant lack of professionalism in handling emergencies, paints a deplorable picture of your business. Trust is completely shattered in a single visit.
I sincerely hope this message is read by someone competent. Because if nothing changes, you will continue to lose customers. And rightly so.
