Hello, I had my vehicle serviced last week at this garage. I got my vehicle back on time, nothing to complain about the service. However, I find it unacceptable that when I got my vehicle back I found cigarette ash inside and a strong cigarette smell that persisted for several days after I got it back. As a non-smoker, I was very bothered by this. I would not return to this garage. Non-smokers should refrain!!!!

Checks on my Clio 3 which I left for a day to make sure that everything was in order (with loan of a vehicle from them). When I returned in the evening they told me that my car had no problems and above all that I didn't owe anything! So I am very satisfied, a big thank you to them.

After my first visit for a Twingo blue service appointment, things didn't go well.
The appointment was cancelled without any further contact! After that, I still wanted to go back. The appointment was OK this time, with apologies due to the lockdown, but with a young child, it wasn't easy!
This was resolved, and the service was carried out on our vehicle without any problems.
Thank you to Mr. Henri Campillo for his kindness! We are delighted and will definitely return for servicing. Mr. Montagnon.
