It's a disgrace! We pay more there because we know the parts arrive within 24-48 hours maximum! Today, for a part ordered on Thursday, the salesperson committed to a 24-hour delivery time, then 48 hours, and now they're telling us we have to wait until Tuesday! We'll never go there again, not even a gesture of goodwill from the salesperson! We pay for a service we don't receive!!

This service is terrible. No smile, no hello, and the worst part is that they don't listen to the customer. I went there two days ago and unfortunately there was someone behind the counter who spoke to me very badly, so I left without a purchase. I hope the manager reads my comment.
