Like many others, we received a letter on August 8th regarding a stop-drive for our DS4 due to a Takata airbag. We immediately contacted the Citroën garage in Le Crès. We own three DS4s and two Peugeots, and we were treated by your garage as if we weren't customers of your brand. No one answered the phone, and your replies to our emails were automated, telling us that if we didn't receive a response, it meant you hadn't received anything! No solution was offered. I absolutely would not recommend your garage; it's best avoided. Fortunately, today the Citroën garage in Montpellier repaired our airbag. They offered a solution and even provided a loaner car.
