Excellent welcome, attentive bodywork team with good advice. Quote provided quickly and more than reasonable. Vehicle dropped off on Monday, picked up on Wednesday, with impeccable work.
A little surprise when I arrived at my vehicle: Cleaned both the exterior and the interior. So I got my car back as good as new.

The Senand garage refused to accept my partner's Sandero under warranty, even though it had been serviced since new in their workshop for the replacement of a universal joint (the boot had come loose), claiming that the car had been in a collision and that the parts were from the junkyard. Because she's a woman, the garage attempted to replace the universal joint, charging a bill of almost €700, explaining that the marker marks on some parts were from the junkyard, even though these marks were actually from the factory quality control.
The universal joint is obviously original, and the car hasn't yet clocked 30,000 km.
We expect professional behavior from a professional, not a scammer.

After an accident… My vehicle was entrusted to the team at Garage Senand, a partner garage with my insurance company (after a garage in Rouelles refused to take it).
The welcome is always courteous and friendly. The repairs are carried out by passionate mechanics. Mr. and Mrs. Senand are very approachable despite a heavy workload and the owner's somewhat sarcastic demeanor :-) I got my vehicle back delighted and satisfied. Thank you.
