Fast response time thanks to my roadside assistance! They successfully fixed my car that same evening and provided helpful advice for getting it started the next day. They even diagnosed the problem.
Excellent responsiveness! They replaced a key component (my battery) the very next day (due to business travel), 24 hours before the dealership/manufacturer of my vehicle!
And on top of that, a fantastic welcome with a smile from everyone I encountered! Honestly, a great experience in a world where customer service sometimes seems to have lost its meaning 🙏😉 which is clearly not the case here! THANK YOU!

The person driving their tow truck was a real menace. I pulled away from the traffic light and accelerated hard. Even though I was already over the 50 km/h speed limit, their tow truck, enormous compared to my small car, was tailgating me. I pulled back into my lane, but before I could even do that, it overtook me, nearly hitting me (no more than 10 cm; I thought I'd lose my side mirror), engine screaming. This person must have been driving close to 100 km/h in town. All that just to end up 500 meters later at a red light. I would never leave my car with someone who endangers other people's lives.

Excellent experience.
I came in for a breakdown.
Finding the problem: faulty water pump housing on my Megane 4. The issue was resolved quickly with the part already on hand. I brought my car in that morning to have the problem diagnosed, and I left that evening with the replaced parts. My car was seen and repaired in a single day. Very responsive. A pleasant surprise: I picked up my car with a fresh wash, a professional vacuum inside, and a clean dashboard.
