Hello. After sending a registered letter, handwritten and signed by the owner (we don't really know who the owner is; theoretically there are only two employees: the son, the mother, often the father, and an apprentice who works there for a while—we've almost completely lost track of who actually works there), I received a formal notice demanding that the vehicle be repaired and that they respond within 7 days. Well, more than 15 days later, there's still no response from this young owner. The vehicle is parked in front of my house, near the garage, and is still broken down. Meanwhile, my daughter is still in limbo. A second garage confirmed that the silent blocks are completely deteriorated, making the vehicle unsafe. An appointment will be made for the repair since Barré refuses and rejects everything outright, not to mention that his supplier in Niort-Le Havre was supposed to replace the parts. Appointments have been made with our legal department following the filing of the dispute, and in the meantime, the vehicle will be repaired at the garage that inspected the parts, without any choice in the matter. I hope that this Barré garage on Rue de Reims in Le Havre won't get away with it without having to reimburse the repair bill, the costs of the vehicle's downtime, and damages, depending on where this leads. Regarding Niort Le Havre, the spare parts supplier, I saw in the reviews that the owner left me a message, and I've been meaning to call him for a while now because I didn't see his reply until today. Anyway, I'm going to follow this closely, even if it means looking into the actual number of employees there. I live nearby, which is why I've already made some observations. When I'm ripped off, I never let it go.
I was contacted after posting my reviews by people who have had issues with the Barré garage in Le Havre. I'm clearly not the only one.
To be continued

Garage that overcharges after quotes, raises its voice when you ask for more transparency on the repairs carried out, the son and mother have no qualms about endangering people's lives, insults and ambushes customers who dare to express their dissatisfaction, despite their lack of professionalism they do not hesitate to take money from the wronged people.

This garage, while competent, doesn't keep its promises. They commit to doing things and then back out without warning, and have the nerve to claim the service wasn't mandatory, even though no one forced them to do it. We remind you that this is for a headliner that's coming loose, obstructing rear visibility—a serious issue. They neglect to inform customers, as if we were supposed to know everything and realize we've been abandoned. The mechanic's retired father, who isn't even employed by the garage, is tasked with finding parts for a vehicle and is simply condemning us because he decided he didn't want to go. He even has the audacity to raise his voice at customers who aren't his own.

Reception, service, parts search, explanation, quote – everything was perfectly done by this young mechanic. Thank you to him; we will now entrust him with our other vehicle. 😊😊

I recommend this service with complete confidence, as they are very kind and understanding, and the most professional in every way in all of Le Havre.
A family business, everyone in this department—the father, the mother, and their son—deserve three times their salary and tips.
Congratulations to everyone in this department, and always continue to help those in need.
And may God always help you in everything.
May God help everyone!
You will certainly be very satisfied with the services provided by this professional.
Thank you again!
