I got a flat tyre while travelling in France. I went to this garage and found them really helpful. They replaced both my rear tyres as the damaged one couldn't be repaired. They were able to get it all sorted and get me back on the road in less than 30mins!
They don't speak English and I can't speak French but we were able to use Google Translate which worked well.

I'm coming from Mennecy to change the four tires on my Q5.
I arrive at 9:04 a.m. for a 9 a.m. appointment.
The mechanic greets me and tells me my appointment is at 10 a.m.
He talks down to me, telling me I made a mistake!!!
His tone was very unpleasant.
So I took my keys and left, leaving him with the four Michelin tires I had reserved.
When I got home, I sent him the email he had sent me the day before with an appointment at 9 a.m.
Avoid!
This is pure amateurism. Simple.

Two vehicles entrusted to us (including one new one) in the space of a year, and each time the same damage was observed, including multiple scratches. The staff denies any responsibility. This is bad faith at its worst. It's unacceptable. Lack of professionalism. Revolting!!!
A word of advice: take a photo inventory of the vehicle before taking any action, in the presence of an employee.

The team is welcoming, helpful, and competent. The wait time is perfectly reasonable, and the prices are much lower than those of larger retailers (parts and labor).

I went to this garage to change the spare tire on my 4x4. The wheel and new tire were in my trunk. No customers and no vehicles in the garage at 3 p.m., a complete void, devoid of anything, not even a sense of service. The receptionist's response: "We don't do that."
Perhaps I should have gone to the Fournil for this request.
Lousy service, lousy reception, lousy garage. Now I know where to go when I need to change my Euromaster tires in Pithiviers.
