I purchased my vehicle in early December, remotely, 500 km from my home. The paperwork was handled meticulously and efficiently, and the trade-in of my old vehicle was very satisfactory. At the appointment, the vehicle was as described, and the paperwork was ready to be finalized. Unfortunately, the day after I returned it, there was a major leak due to a burst hose. Even though the warranty didn't cover this issue, the garage was very professional in their follow-up and reimbursed my local garage for the full amount of the repair bill without requiring any upfront payment. Thanks to both garages, I was able to go on holiday for Christmas with my new vehicle.

Sales manager is shady... I show vehicles, book an appointment to manage a purchase, and then I call on Friday for a Monday appointment for some additional information, and they tell me the car is sold. 🤣 It's just not fair because it was probably sold to someone who didn't negotiate or was a sucker. In short, avoid this garage no matter what anyone says... money before people, and that's how you earn a trusting clientele. 🤣

I am very satisfied with the work done on my car by this garage. The team is professional, attentive, and gives good advice. They are generally quite available for appointments, which is very much appreciated. The only slight drawback is the price, which is higher than at some independent garages. However, the quality of service is excellent.
