I went to the garage twice, a week apart, for two different reasons. I went without an appointment because the two issues I had meant I couldn't wait.
I was very well received, and even though I'd already been there for a service a year earlier and was a regular customer, they couldn't have known. And yet, I was warm and friendly. Working in retail, some might say that's what you call customer loyalty, but for me, it was convincing enough. The work was done perfectly, quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable.

I went to see a used car, I called the seller, the car was in impeccable condition... engine tested, no problem. So there I was, off on a 3-hour drive to see a wrecked, dented car with warning lights on, smoking. Not even a "sorry"! No, it's normal to make people come to see junk! And the seller wants a €1000 deposit for a car without a roadworthiness certificate, unbelievable... The law?! Okay, used cars are fine, but there should be a minimum level of professionalism. Avoid this place for used cars.
