I went to this garage because a message was displayed on my dashboard. Not knowing anything about mechanics, I simply came to ask a question to understand what it meant.
The man who received me spoke to me in a haughty and dismissive manner, as if I were supposed to know everything on my own.
He didn't even bother to come and look at my car, even though he told me that for the problem I had, he needed to check it on the computer. But that didn't mean he bothered to look at it, help me, or even come and examine my car. He gives the impression of not wanting to help, or even understand the problem: just incompetent and unpleasant!
And this isn't the first time I've experienced this kind of reception here: I had already come in once before for a simple piece of information, and that day my dog had been left in the car, and he growled. I immediately took it out to avoid any misunderstanding. I must have said something along the lines of "Don't be afraid" or something like that, and then, without any restraint or professionalism, the mechanic blurted out, without hesitation, "Oh no, I'm not afraid. If he does anything, I'll slash his tire." I was shocked by this violent and completely inappropriate reaction. No respect, no control, no professional attitude whatsoever.
Frankly, between the contemptuous welcome, the aggressive responses, and this kind of behavior, this garage is one to avoid. I will never set foot in there again, and I strongly advise against going, especially if you are looking for serious and respectful service.
Frankly, a real lack of respect, no desire to help, no attempt to explain things clearly.
A disgrace.

It doesn't even deserve one star.
I stopped for a while because there was a noise coming from my car that wasn't normal. I just wanted to ask who would listen to it and tell me it wasn't anything serious.
He replied, "I hear an engine noise, what?!" Make an appointment, I don't have time! Avoid this place, especially if you break down; go somewhere else.

Judge for yourself: changing the battery of a Polo brought to their parking lot cost €167.10 and a total bill of €230.22. I couldn't find anything more expensive. I'm not going to give it a star, but it's necessary to be registered.

The service and maintenance of my vehicle were perfect, the welcome was excellent, and the mechanics were very professional and pleasant.

Thief! A €50 quote without informing me beforehand! I was forced to pay because it was either I get my car repaired within the week for €406 or the €50 quote was MANDATORY, even though I wasn't informed about this amount on the phone when I made the appointment or even in person on the day!
I absolutely do not recommend them 🙅
