I left my car in for a service, reporting a problem with the air conditioning (hot air). The garage simply recharged the refrigerant without checking the rest of the system. When I picked up the car, the air conditioning still wasn't working.
When I called back, I was told that the recharge had been done because "there was no more refrigerant" and that there was "no reason to do anything else." Despite my complaint, no check of the compressor or the actual operation of the air conditioning had been carried out. The mechanic simply suggested I come back for a complete system check this time, at my own expense.
Another, more reliable garage diagnosed a faulty compressor in 30 minutes. After that, I contacted the garage again, but they didn't acknowledge any error and were uncooperative.
It's a shame; a basic check would have prevented this situation.

As a long-time customer, we were disappointed by the reception from the owner's mother...
Indeed, the service was unpleasant on several occasions!
We're switching garages where the service is much better and more considerate, and they even offer free tire changes twice a year (a nice gesture!). For other customers, the vehicle is returned to us 15 minutes later instead of being left for a whole day!
No regrets, just that we didn't do it sooner!

Bonjour, du secrétariat au mécanisien l accueil est grandiose sympathique, et les qualités de travail sont très professionnelles ainsi que les réponses très claires à nos questions, je vous le recommande garage bourne au touvet en plus je suis handicapé non visible, tous sont à l écoute et plus ➕ très bon garage
