I strongly advise against this garage. The owner is worthless, and I won't insult him because I'm holding back. It's the worst garage I've ever been to, and in Grenoble I think. I'm giving it one star because zero doesn't exist; he doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid it at all costs.

After two letters of complaint—one by email and one handwritten and delivered to the mailbox:
I was forced to go to this garage to retrieve a stolen vehicle that was later recovered. The police use this garage because it's an authorized impound lot, so they had no choice.
The receptionist didn't explain the correct procedures, including those outlined in my two letters.
No response from the owner! He has no manners, no politeness whatsoever. Clearly, because he's an authorized police impound lot, he thinks he can get away with anything!
In any case, his reputation is already established, judging by the comments and the talk about him in the village.
In a way, this is a relief, and I hope I won't need his services again in the future! (A service that was forced upon me, by the way.)

Toujours bien reçu, à l’accueil comme au garage. Certain parle toujours de prix, mais je préfère payer la qualité plutôt que revenir 10 fois: pas de temps à perdre !!! Les réparations mécanique ou carrosserie ont toujours été faite en temps et en heure.

Avoid 360 euros for a breakdown repair for a car accident, I do not recommend it, they are too expensive and it is not even an approved Macif garage.
