When I had my windshield replaced by a "pseudo Carglass," the windshield washer hose was cut. The Renault technician was able to repair it with a connector immediately upon my arrival. A big thank you for your assistance. Best of all, the service was free. I recommend it.

Alsatian vacationer staying with friends for a week, fuel injection fault, orange light on dashboard, stopped by this garage to request a diagnosis and advice on whether or not to use the vehicle. (End of vacation!)
Cold and harsh welcome, with no solution other than to leave the vehicle with them for the week for possible repairs if they have time, but what an offer!!
No help, no empathy for our problem, no solution other than to move on!

Nice, appointment arranged the next day, 30 minutes and problem solved at a good price.

I bought my car from this garage, I even got the maintenance package.
Very disappointed! You realize that only the sale matters!
I went there recently for my service.
Three days later, the tire pressure warning light came on.
I checked the tires: 2.5 bar in the front and 2.9 bar in the rear.
On the door, it says 2.2 bar for the front and 2 bar for the rear.
I went back, and a mechanic checked and noticed that the front tires were worn! This wasn't mentioned during the service! However, they did tell me that the headlights would need polishing before the next service. The new mechanic checked, and there was nothing wrong there!
I went to order my tires, but it wasn't quick enough for me because I had to leave. I went to Norauto, and there they told me that my tires were worn beyond normal limits and that I would also need a wheel alignment!
This problem wasn't reported at Renault! I pay €42/month for a package.
And the other day, they charged me €40 to remove some leaves from under the hood!
We're constantly harassed by Renault salespeople to buy a new vehicle.
Extremely disappointed. I'm finishing my current package there and I'll never set foot in the place again!
