Guillaume says what he's going to do to the car (tires, etc.) and does what he says.
Simple, clear, and concise. That suits us.

First Review: After a breakdown during my vacation, I took my car to AD Darbot for repairs due to a water leak on the control unit. No other issues were reported. No warning lights were illuminated, nor were there any power restrictions. When I dropped it off, the garage never mentioned a quote or the cost of leak detection. Moreover, they readily charged me. They claimed I was charged twice for a part, therefore twice the time. When I pointed this out to remove a part that was being billed twice, the amount charged wasn't doubled. Despite my problematic complaint about the time spent (they claimed there could be problems, etc.), I disagree. I had shown them the time spent the previous day to explain the issue, and I had obtained a quote from someone else at AD with the time spent split in half. Other problems were identified during the garage visit and repairs, which they failed to address. It's surprising to have engine power restrictions and a warning light upon leaving the garage when no fault was present when I dropped it off with the tow truck.
Following the garage's response, I'm adding some information: The problem for which my car was brought in was indeed related to the water pump housing.
I didn't want to publicly shame your garage, but I'm going to. After dropping my vehicle off at my local mechanic, several vacuum hoses hadn't been reconnected, and others were reversed. You call that competence?
I'm simply observing your bad faith with every negative review you receive. From time to time, you need to be able to question yourself, which you clearly don't do. Furthermore, I took note of your call and your aggressive behavior towards a passing customer who lives over 600 km away… does the phone give you wings?
I'll use your attempt at humor as an example: the tow truck was only there for a water leak, not a power restriction issue related to the turbocharger, especially since several hoses hadn't been reconnected. Honesty is not about constantly looking for excuses to justify oneself.

I recommend the garage 100%, big problem with the car that they have never had before. They made a diagnosis to find the fault, gave me a quote with mandatory signature before starting the work because they do not start without the signed quote. They were honest from the start for everything, the car was ready in 1 week. The secretary was very smiling, very pleasant, as were the rest of the staff! Very professional, Nothing to say!
