Very friendly and polite people! Excellent service to our car. We are Greek and were travelling through France when our car broke in autoroute A8 and they came in less than 30mins with their "repanage". The driver was a smiling positive person and delivered us to their garage. They had to order the broken part of our car which was delivered the next morning and we were ready to travel again at 11am. They found us a nice and clean hotel to spend our night and they even transfer us to and from the hotel for no extra charge! We were lucky to meet them after all. Thank you again guys!

Inflated estimate, why include the diagnosis in the estimate when you then change everything?
I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency, I had asked to be informed before any change and upon collection I found myself paying 180 euros more for a replaced part.
Not recommended.

We had an appointment scheduled for 8 am for our van. After waiting for half an hour we were informed they didn't have time to service the van.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
After an accident, I entrusted my car to this garage. Three months of waiting with no clear answers.
CATASTROPHIC communication: they answer about once every 15 calls, and practically NEVER reply to emails.
Impossible to obtain:
• Information on the condition of the vehicle
• The return of the license plates and registration certificate
NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No follow-up, no communication, no professionalism.
I strongly advise against this garage for anyone wanting serious and respectful service.

Accepted my vehicle after a breakdown far from my home, while the large regional group of the Peugeot network gave me enormous deadlines just to pick up the car from them (no parking?). The repair was serious and the time and price very reasonable. Thank you
