Made an appointment to look at a car. The salesman could obviously not be bothered to sell it to us. Probably a good thing as the entire place seemed to be asleep and unresponsive. So when we finally got them to show us the car, it wouldn't start due to a dead battery. They couldn't manage to jump start it. Whatever.

I'm really disappointed with this garage.
I had to have my engine replaced, which meant four weeks of downtime—it's a long time. I got my car back with a radio that doesn't work and the front parking sensors that keep beeping. Of course, it's not their fault...
I made an appointment at another Citroën garage, who told me it was due to incorrect reassembly of some parts. The mechanic was so sorry to see that his colleagues at the Herbiers branch were incapable of doing things properly that he did it for free.
Furthermore, I had to repeatedly ask for the invoice and proof of engine replacement, otherwise they wouldn't send me anything.

Following my vehicle accident, this garage, which is normally approved by the insurance company, has had no communication with it. It took me three months to change two tanks and a tire following a puncture. Relations with the adjuster and the insurer are very complicated. The garage changed the other tire, which was in perfect condition, claiming that the tire that had the puncture was no longer manufactured, which is completely false. The vehicle was returned to me with a warning light; it is unacceptable to return a vehicle in this condition. This garage is not at all recommendable, and the workshop manager is a liar.
I was forced to pay the bill even though this garage is supposedly approved by the insurance company, and they are threatening not to return the vehicle key to me. As a reminder, with an approved garage, the customer only has to pay the excess. In short, this garage is to be avoided.
