My Experience with the Garage: Context and Background My experience with this garage began with a problem on my Twingo RS (2011 model, 135,000 km). One morning, the clutch pedal became spongy: the garage diagnosed a faulty clutch release bearing. Since it's integrated into the clutch, a complete replacement was recommended. After some negotiation, the work was carried out for €1,973, equivalent to a price I'd obtained elsewhere. A year later, I noticed an oil leak on the same car. After cleaning it, the oil quickly reappeared. I took the car back to the garage for a diagnosis. They attributed the leak to the water outlet housing, requiring an oil change as part of the repair. The work cost €830. However, after picking up the car that same evening, I noticed that the oil filter looked dirty. A comparison with photos taken before the repairs confirmed that the oil change hadn't been performed. The next day, the leak persisted in the same spot, proving that no post-repair check had been carried out. When I contacted the garage, they assured me that the oil change had indeed been performed. When I saw my photo, they admitted their oversight. The most troubling aspect is that I had been billed for this oil change, and without my personal verification, this error would have gone unnoticed. Furthermore, the initial problem, the oil leak, remained unresolved. After bringing the car back, a second diagnosis revealed a leak at the flywheel seal. This seal, easily accessible during the clutch replacement, should have been changed at that time to avoid costly repairs later. The result: a new bill of €2,000, reduced to €1,600 thanks to a goodwill gesture. All of this could have been avoided with a preventative replacement costing €50 during the initial service. Repeated problems with a second vehicle Following these experiences, I took my 2022 Mégane RS to the same garage for various issues: The Easy Link system randomly switches off and on. The RS Monitor constantly displays 225°C and 100% pedal pressure, even when stationary. I requested a gearbox check and reported that the rear bumper was melting from the exhaust heat. After the service, I received no explanation regarding the gearbox, and nothing was done about the Easy Link system. I was simply told to consult the garage manager to assess a software update and that I would be contacted. A week later, after several follow-ups, I received an email stating that a road test had been carried out on the gearbox and that the Easy Link system only required a comfort update (which I had to perform myself). Thanks to the GPS tracker installed in the car, I can see that no road test was performed. By providing photographic evidence, I can demonstrate that: - The car hasn't moved from the garage all day. - The Easy Link system keeps disconnecting randomly. - Some sensors are malfunctioning. - The RS Monitor activates randomly, despite my payment for this service. The garage then offered me an appointment to test the gearbox and examine the Easy Link system. This requires me to return, with all the time and logistical challenges that entails, despite my initial reports. Loss of Trust These repeated incidents reflect a lack of rigor and consideration. This garage has failed in its role of providing advice and expertise, both during repairs and in handling my requests. Having owned several vehicles (two Renaults, an Audi, a Tesla, and a BMW motorcycle), I have never encountered this type of situation at other garages. This is an unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer who has entrusted several cars to this garage. That trust is now broken, and I seriously doubt I will ever return.

I came in on Friday, February 13th, regarding a flood in my Dacia. The problem was resolved quickly. I called the day before to come the next morning. The work was fast and meticulous, and the price was fair. I thank Yan and his team for their attentiveness and professionalism. I will return for the vehicle inspection and other services if needed. Honestly, go there without hesitation! 😉 Thanks again.

My first experience at this garage, and I'm absolutely not disappointed. They are true enthusiasts who take the time to discuss and exchange ideas with you to fully understand the problem and give you the best possible diagnosis. At first, I thought it was a gearbox issue, but it turned out to be something else entirely. My car was repaired to perfection, and I was able to see the old parts to better understand the problem. I'm thrilled; everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend this garage without hesitation :) (Plus, a nice little treat for the eyes with a beautiful car collection at the entrance 😍) In any case, I know where to go next time 👌 Thanks again to Garage Le Roux

I took my Clio 5 there after it broke down due to a faulty ECU (because it was the closest one to where I was). Fluid had leaked into the center console. They quoted me €7,000 for a diagnostic, saying they'd have to remove the engine and gearbox to replace the ECU. I refused their repair, but they left the entire interior of my car dismantled, telling me it wasn't their responsibility to reassemble it after a diagnostic check. I think they were acting in bad faith and just trying to make a quick buck off me. I still had to pay €200 for their diagnostic service.

Good experience for me at this Renault Sport specialist garage. Good advice, with a good diagnosis (photos to support it). The mechanics take the time to come and talk with you, which is nice. My vibration problem on the highway was resolved and I will carry out future maintenance work there, I recommend it for RS owners. Oh and also the price is more than reasonable for the manufacturer network!
