I hadn't had the chance to go back to this garage since the change of ownership a few years ago. My daughter's car broke down, and she needed it to get to work the next day. She dropped it off in the morning, the garage called late morning with the diagnosis, and then called again in the early afternoon with the price of the repair (which my daughter agreed to). I picked up the car mid-afternoon with explanations and kindness from Jeremy. The price was reasonable, and the service was impeccable.

Run away! Thieves!
My vehicle arrived at the garage with a major diesel leak...
3 days later, they called me to tell me my vehicle was ready!
They made me pay before I even saw my car, of course!
The mechanic let me go, telling me it was just an oil leak... Big mistake on his part, it was the diesel leak again...
Result: My car is still leaking diesel, it has two warning lights on the dashboard and is smoking like crazy...
I also noticed that he had touched the injector clips, but I never asked for them to be changed and I never gave my consent!
He was closing when I went to get him, but by Monday at 8 a.m., I'll be there!!!
We must not forget that a garage has what is called an obligation of results, therefore he must under no circumstances let a vehicle leave that has not been repaired!

Very disappointed...Following a change of rear tires on my car made during my Christmas 2023 vacation in the Paris region, the garage that made this change advised me to redo a total geometry of the tire set. So I do this in January 2024 in this Renault garage in Les Lucs sur Boulogne... I go back to see them 1 month ago telling them that I am eating the front tire and that given the fact that I had a geometry done at their place, this seems abnormal to me. They told me: you drive in the city and you take roundabouts, so it's normal for your front tires to be worn... and yes, that's the answer!...)
Results: I changed my front tires and had the wheel alignment done again at another garage... I insisted with this garage, which finally admitted that they had done a major wheel alignment adjustment and that they didn't want to comment on what had been done previously on the wheel alignment adjustment...
I can only say... I will never go back to the RENAULT garage in Les Lucs-sur-Boulogne because it cost me a lot: a wheel alignment plus a set of front tires...
