I decided to make an appointment at this garage, which is near my home after purchasing a vehicle from the Spoticar network, because I had an engine fault, which was covered under warranty. Everything went well with the service, and I took the opportunity to ask for the four-year service to be done at the same time to avoid trips to the garage. The person I spoke to even offered to do the MOT for free. So I left my vehicle, and they told me it would take four days. A few days later, the garage called me back to tell me there was a supply problem with the part that needed replacing, so I asked if it was possible to borrow a vehicle. Today, I got a call to pick up my vehicle after three weeks. What a surprise when they told me there was a small dent on the passenger fender. I didn't overdo it. As a result, I was billed 84 euros and told, "You didn't pay for the loaner vehicle, and we took charge of your car even though you didn't buy it from us." Suffice to say, this was the first and last time I would have my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Mr. Messina.

For a rearview mirror replacement...part ordered and appointment made...but no updates. I had to go there myself to find out if everything was okay...the common sense would be to inform the customer... I think they have a communication problem and need to improve... I'm adding another complaint... The rearview mirror isn't the right one...the camera is missing...a major problem with the workshop...

We are a company and have purchased four new trucks. We are experiencing problems with all of the vehicles, and despite our various reminders, nothing has changed. Since our sales representative left, we have been forgotten and pushed aside. This is disappointing for a major French brand like Citroën.

My car had been with them since November 18th because of their timing chain problems on the 1.5 HDI engine. As a professional driving instructor, my car was stuck there for three weeks because they couldn't get the parts (appalling). I lost three weeks of business because of them, and they only offered me a 10% discount on the timing belt kit, bringing it down to €54. It's really unprofessional to have my car stuck there for three weeks and not even give it a wash. Avoid them at all costs; they're complete clowns. They won't see me again.
