Garage that takes too many vehicles and finds itself overwhelmed. Vehicle immobilized for 48 hours minimum for various repairs and after 48 hours nothing done! Mr. Heart calmly tells me to come back the following week. His excuse is the parts not received when there were repairs to be done without parts to change, like cleaning the headlights. When I tell him my dissatisfaction he becomes aggressive and tells me he is overwhelmed. In May he had already kept my vehicle for a repair. I gave him two days and he told me he would be free. In the end, the vehicle is still unfinished.
