After an accident that left my car (a Mercedes AMG) stranded on the road, the Renault Duval Daniel garage sent their tow truck driver, Laurent, who came to my aid at 4:00 AM on a Sunday in torrential rain.
Despite the time and conditions, he was incredibly responsive, kind, and very professional. He truly took care of my car as if it were his own, which was very reassuring during that stressful time. A huge thank you to him and the garage.
