I would have given this zero stars. I had an appointment to get a rear brake light looked at, it took me weeks to get the appointment. The confirmation email in my inbox has all the information, and explicitly says it is a confirmation for an appointment. I received two phone calls to confirm it as well, and they asked additional questions (left side/right side, do I need a loaner car, confirmed the car details). I show up and I'm not in their system. They said it must have been a bug and there is nothing they can do, but they can offer me an appointment in over two months, and a cup of coffee if I'd like.
I asked to speak to the name that was on my confirmation email. Apparently as the boss, his only answer is if it's not in the system it's a bug between the central booking system and theirs. He has no explanation as to how someone was able to call me and that no cancellation email/text/call was made, which he claims should have been done. This is apparently not the first time they have had customers show up like this, and he has no interest in figuring out why.
Go down the street, there is another peugot shop 6 minutes away on Rue de Orsay and they went out of their way to help me.

I would have prefered to put zero stars. We arrived at the garage with a check engine light on due to loss of power on the highway. Very scary. We had driven 500km and had another 300km to go. The garage refused to help us and we were stranded… not willing to check what was wrong which would have taken 2 minutes and we were begging to pay for it… unbelievable not willing to help people in distress…. And letting us drive on with the fear of breaking down…

I really regret to been there for my car service n which they did it fake or not good at all only for money…. I don’t recommend at

We have had problems with our Peugeot 3008, just halfway our drive home to Holland.
The people of Peugeot Bernier helped us very good. We had to stay over because of the delivery of a new component.
Exactly on time the following day we could continue our return trip in a repaired and totaly washed and vacuumed car.
Thanks for all your help Vivian and collegues!
