This review concerns the Seat Albi sales department. Whether at the dealership, the auto show, or by phone, I'm constantly brushed off when I ask for information about the new Ibiza. No questions are asked (no attempt to understand my needs), and most importantly, no contact information is taken. Yet, in the last five years, I've bought four new vehicles, and each time I try to give you another chance, but you only reinforce my choice of Seat Rodez, which at least demonstrates responsiveness and customer service. It's perfectly understandable not to know something, but the least you could do is find out and get back to the customer, it seems to me.

I am extremely disappointed. I bought a CUPRA Formentor in June. The tires were supposed to be changed, but this wasn't done. The vehicle was also due for bodywork, but only a polish was applied. The roof didn't work, which is unacceptable for a vehicle that had been serviced before the sale. I've been waiting for the registration certificate since June for a certificate of conformity—that's four months! I was working at the prefecture at the time! I just learned today that the registration application was submitted three weeks ago, but the payment still needs to be validated! I haven't even had a temporary registration certificate since October. In short, they're not serious. What a shame. In short, I do not recommend this dealership.
