Extremely disappointing experience at Point S Vidal in L’Escure-d’Albi. The reception was cold and disrespectful, and the garage manager was unpleasant, even contemptuous.
After the service, my vehicle left with several mechanical problems that were completely absent beforehand.
When you entrust your car to a professional, you expect improvement, not the opposite. A huge disappointment; I will never set foot in this garage again and I strongly advise against it.

I was in distress with a leaking car. Despite being very busy, the team took the time to diagnose the problem quickly. The repair was completed within a few days. They are all very kind, professional, and transparent: they even take photos and clearly explain what's wrong. I highly recommend them!
