I am extremely dissatisfied with the auto parts store.
I called at the beginning of the month to request a quote, which I received promptly. I then contacted the store to inquire about payment by bank transfer, as I was not in the area. The person on the phone informed me that it was possible via ALMA and sent me a link to complete the payment.
I paid immediately and sent an email requesting confirmation of receipt of payment—an email that went unanswered.
I then sent my mother to the store, where she was told that the part could not be sold new because it was no longer manufactured! How is it possible to send a quote, take payment, and then announce three days later that the part is no longer available?
Furthermore, my mother was told that I would be reimbursed within 48 hours, but it has now been a week and I am still waiting for the refund.

I absolutely do not recommend FORD ALBI.
It's been three months since I received my brand new Tourneo, which has dangerous defects, and no solution has been found. No replacement vehicle has been offered.
I gave one star because I have to if I want to express my dissatisfaction.

Very professional and friendly manager. The purchase was made entirely remotely without even seeing the vehicle, and I have no regrets. Everything went perfectly without any unpleasant surprises.
I highly recommend this garage.

What can I say... An unpleasant and arrogant site manager, I signed the order for a ranger with them through a subsidiary of my bank and he cancelled the sale.
