I've had several positive experiences with you regarding used vehicles. I've always been very well received; the staff were kind, polite, and provided excellent explanations. I bought a Crossland on October 7, 2025. Excellent service, very professional. I would like to especially thank the salesperson who helped me, as well as the receptionist. I highly recommend them.
When I received the keys, I noticed a few small dents that I initially thought were just dust.
Today, the 28th, I met directly with Mr. Marlaud, who was very kind and courteous and took charge of the situation. An appointment has been made to repaint the car and to lend me a replacement.
Frankly, I commend Mr. Marlaud's responsiveness and courtesy.
Of course, I mustn't forget Thierry for his kindness and explanations, and the delightful Kenza, always smiling and welcoming, and who always offers a coffee.
A big thank you to everyone. Go there without hesitation.
If I had to give stars, I'd give them at least 10 out of 5. A very professional garage.
Go check it out, you won't be disappointed. And very importantly, they don't pounce on you as soon as they see you. They give you time to look at everything, and only then do they ask questions.

On November 12th, I took my Crossland to the body shop to repair the small dents I'd found upon delivery.
I picked up my car on November 14th.
I'm very happy with the result.
I especially want to thank Mr. Cappeletto from the body shop for the excellent work he did. He even went above and beyond, and I also got some paintwork done at no cost, I should point out.
The car was spotless and cleaned inside. I wasn't expecting that! A thousand thanks again to everyone, to Mr. Cappeletto and his colleagues. I am never disappointed with this garage, whether it's the management, the office staff (Kenza), the sales representative (Thierry), or the after-sales service.

I bought a used Golf on November 7, 2025. Mr. Lacoste, who handled the trade-in of my old vehicle and the sale of the Golf, provided excellent service and professionalism. Kenza also gave me a very warm welcome on the day of delivery.
