This is a garage I recommend!
Unfortunately, my vehicle had to be kept much longer than expected for the oil change and EGR valve replacement, mainly due to a non-compliant part (the fault of Citroën, not the garage at Garage Pronostic, I should point out) and my C3.
However, the mechanics and the owner went out of their way to resolve the issue without any additional costs, despite the extra time spent and the various parts that had to be reordered. What's more, I was able to benefit from a loaner vehicle, without having to ask (some garages sometimes have to whine).
Clear explanations, they call us as soon as the work is completed (yes, that's not always the case elsewhere), or to report any problems.
In short, a reliable garage.

A serious, honest, and competent team. In May, we sent our motorhome in for servicing. We had a minor collision coming down the bridge, and rather than saying nothing, knowing we certainly wouldn't have seen it, they informed us immediately. The repair was carried out by their body shop, and there's no sign of it. A big thank you to your entire team.

I highly recommend this garage! My Expert broke down due to a faulty additive.
My car arrived at the garage late Friday afternoon, was repaired, and was ready for me Tuesday morning, with a diagnosis and quote provided Friday evening!
