We had an engine noise problem with our 308. The garage saw us the next day and quickly found the problem; by late afternoon the car was repaired.

At the beginning of 2022, I purchased a Talisman (an excellent car) from a dealer. Unfortunately, the car was poorly maintained, and I had a lot of trouble finding a competent Renault garage that cared about customer loyalty in the Lille area. After extensive research and recommendations, I finally arrived at Mr. Wattez at Renault Lestrem.
From the start, I was impressed by their responsiveness in finding a place for maintenance or repairs. Mr. Wattez takes the time to clearly explain the necessary repairs without pushing for unnecessary parts replacement. They also offer a loaner car if needed.
The secretary is also very pleasant and cheerful, which makes each visit even more enjoyable.
I'm really happy to have finally found a reliable garage. Thank you to the entire Renault Lestrem team for their professionalism and excellent advice. I highly recommend this garage!

The body shop repairs cars haphazardly; nothing is aligned, and they always use the excuse, "Oh yes, but it's a sub-brand car, it's not the same quality..." I regret it when I buy a new vehicle; everything is perfectly aligned from the start. I don't understand why they can't repair a vehicle properly.
Yet, the insurance company paid for it. Frankly, I don't recommend them.

At 4:30 p.m. today, I was overtaken by a 205 with a logo, which was driving the wrong way around the roundabout at the Lestrem exit to overtake other cars. I went to the company concerned (technical inspection), who told me that the car did indeed belong to them but that it was on loan to the Wattez garage in Lestrem. So I went to the garage to express my dissatisfaction, and the woman at the gas station confirmed that it was indeed her boss who had driven off with the vehicle a few minutes earlier.
The owner of the Wattez garage interprets the highway code as he sees fit and has no concern for the safety of others.
One day, this guy will kill someone on the road, and he'll certainly find an excuse.
For my part, I will no longer be a customer of this establishment where respect for others is nonexistent.

Despite a garage that was accommodating in terms of hours and car loan, I don't recommend it... very poor customer service.
I had my car's air flow meter replaced, after a diagnosis from the mechanic (as well as the shock absorbers), resulting in a costly bill (around €900), and the problem is still there to this day!
The problem hasn't been resolved, but the checks have been cashed...
