I had a problem with the left rear brake caliper. I took my car into Belmas-Dumas on the Wednesday, explaining I had to return to the UK on the Sunday. I pointed out the problem, the reception understood what I was trying to explain as the problem. He ordered caliper, the car was taken in and the repair started that day. I received a call Thursday to say the work was completed.

staff were very patient and helpful as we did not speak much french. The car was prepared very well and the paperwork was completed and sent to the relevant people.
