We stopped by as our car tyre pressures were low and we couldn't find an air hose in any fuel station! The very kind mechanic stopped what he was doing to help us and topped up the air. If this kindness and service is the approach to customer relations then I think it would be a great place to buy a car! Thanks you.

I purchased a car for my wife through the Spoticar scheme in January 2022. Within a few months it had problems and was returned to the garage. It was sent away for around 3 and half weeks and supposedly fixed. It was then returned to us but when it then went for servicing in October 2022 the same fault was found. Since then we have been without the car and it remains in the local Renault garage supposedly waiting for an expert to review from the warranty company even though the Renault team have identified the fault. At no point since October have we been offered a courtesy car and at no point have Picard Autos offered any assistance in resolving the matter. Indeed they have not even acknowledged my email. They originally said take it to the Renault garage and get it fixed but since nothing!! It is very disappointing when you purchase a car in good faith with a 12 month Warranty and then get no support when required. I would not recommend them or indeed the Spoticar Warranty to anyone, it seems if you have a problem you are on your own. I now chase direct to the warranty company but to date we remain without a car which is frankly disgusting. The car has been in the garage more than it has been with us!!

Excellent service. From booking an appointment to receiving my vehicle, everything was perfect. I went there for a timing belt replacement and was able to get an appointment quite quickly. The appointment time was respected. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned. A special mention to the receptionist who was incredibly kind and gave me a wonderful welcome.

Came with my husband to get information about a 3008.
The salesperson first went to see her boss. I didn't really understand. Then she came back to us to say she'd take my husband's email and send him the quote because it was too much work, even though there were no customers.
I don't recommend this place at all.
