Pleasent staff. I was looking to buy having been invited to one of their special invitation events, however despite leaving my details with their salesman he never bothered to get back to me about the car I had discussed with him. Result I bought a different marque. Sadly his and the concessionaires loss for not keeping in touch with me.

We broke down in France, and went to this garage. Very nice. Had a wait for parts, but that is not unusual. Recommend. Jerome was excellent... thanks 👍

Apart from saying that they are incompetent, I don't see any other words. I called about a strange noise on my Range Rover. I got a lady at reception, I explained the reason for my call and she told me I'll put you through to the workshop. 15 minutes later still no one on the phone. I called reception again, I let it ring for 10 minutes and again no one. I tried several times, in vain. So I called back with another number and then, as luck would have it, they picked up 🤔. Apparently the lady at reception was busy with her personal phone playing Candy Crush and drinking her coffee, she didn't want to bother with my problem. In the end, I was elsewhere and I was received by competent people.. DEALERSHIP TO RUN AWAY!! Given the price of your vehicles, the least you can do is listen to your customers.

A big thank you to Jérôme and his team for solving my (not easy) brake problem on my RRS 1. I 100% recommend it to fans of this brand.
