Very disappointed with the reception. I went to this garage urgently around 11 a.m. The mechanic told me he didn't have time to look at my car. I insisted because I had to drive 120 km to get home. I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive. I had actually caught the underside of my 208 on a very high curb, and I just wanted to know if I should contact the roadside assistance service.
The mechanic (Valentin) made me wait 10 minutes before telling me he wouldn't be working on my vehicle.
He also took the liberty of taking a picture of my license plate.
However, the secretary was very friendly.
Drive past this garage without stopping!

Office closed at 2 p.m.
Had to go to the garage to process my request.
Appointment at 2 p.m. and I was booked in at 2:30 p.m.
However, the diagnostic was performed, so I'm happy with that part.

It's a shame I can't give zero stars!
Poor diagnosis on a previous car (didn't even check the fluid levels and preferred to accuse the customer of using bioethanol).
No updates on Peugeot parts orders for a brand new vehicle (over 3 months wait for a manufacturing defect on a vehicle less than 6 months old).
Refusal to repair the vehicle because they dared to tell the mechanic that providing updates on the repair timeframe makes the customer feel valued.
Avoid this garage at all costs!

Pas très professionnelle … Voiture ramène le lundi devis etc c’est à quoi on s’attendait
On arrive le mercredi 900€ de réparation jusque là tout va bien. On reprend la voiture elle fait exactement la même panne que quand on la ramène même si c’est toute les pièces qu’il a changé de base était à changé je ne trouve pas sa professionnelle. Nous l’avons ramené il nous l’a repris 150 en +
Au final voiture fonctionnelle mais bon ..
Même pas de un petit coup d’aspirateur passé après 1000€ de réparation je trouve pas sa top
