I purchased my 308SW remotely. Sébastien V's telephone support was excellent: he provided clear answers to my questions and even sent a video. The various exchanges via email and text message regarding additional information and documents were very responsive. Special requests (remote delivery and towbar installation) were resolved without any issues. The delivery tracking and the preparation of the purchase documents were handled very professionally.

We came to see a used car, and ended up leaving with two vehicles from them. A warm and pleasant welcome and exemplary professionalism, especially from Mr. Champreux (Baptiste) and his manager, made it possible for us to leave with two vehicles, one used and the other new.

The mechanical work itself seems well done, but the customer service makes the experience dreadful!
To begin with, be aware that you are responsible for driving your vehicle into the workshop when you drop it off. They do a walk-around inspection of your vehicle at that time, but none is done when you return it. It's up to you to check the condition of your car.
Information gathering and follow-up are nonexistent; you have to constantly call and follow up.
- After a diagnostic check, I approved the repair. I was told they first had to order the part before scheduling an appointment. If I hadn't called back to check the status of the order, I would never have received a call.
- Since the costs were covered by a professional, they made the transfer in advance. Again, I had to follow up SEVERAL times to get confirmation that the funds had been received.
Before the repair, I requested that the invoice be in the name of the third-party professional. This wasn't done, and I had to follow up again!
Their customer service is seriously lacking. It's not about making permanent concessions to everyone for every little thing, but the bare minimum should be respected. I left my vehicle for three days for a 0.8-hour repair. When I dropped it off, I asked if it would be possible, at my own expense, to have the wheel balancing checked. I was curtly told no, that wasn't the right department, that it wasn't planned, and therefore it wouldn't be done.
The same goes for their courtesy. When I dropped it off after the diagnostic, I mentioned that my mechanical insurance should cover the cost of the repair, and I was rudely dismissed. When I returned the vehicle after the diagnostic, they made me wait because being on the phone further away seemed more convenient.
In short, thankfully the mechanical work was carried out correctly and on time; that would have been the last straw... Peugeot Lomme, first and last time.
