Very bad experience. I brought a car (more than 10 years old) to ask for a reparation because of oil problem. After 2 days I’ve got the answer that I should pay 5000€ to change the engine (just for the pieces and without the handwork). Of course I said no and I had to pay anyway 125€ because they did the check.
I brought the car to another garage (not Citroen) and they have been able to repair it for less than 300€.
So only 2 conclusions possible. Either they wanted me to change the car (that is not very professional) or their technical service is not very competent.
In both cases... I don’t think they will see me anymore.
