Hello, we had an appointment on March 3rd for a check of a small problem on a used vehicle recently purchased with the offered warranty (1 year). We were greeted by a truly awful woman (second window on the left). She made it clear she wouldn't take care of us and made it very clear that I was being a pain with my Renault, claiming it wasn't a Peugeot. Especially since the appointment had been confirmed two weeks prior, so they clearly saw it wasn't a Peugeot. Furthermore, the vehicle was purchased here with a warranty. I can understand that, depending on the problem, it might have been better to go to Renault, OK, but there's a way to communicate with customers and make them understand. So, if she doesn't like her job, she doesn't like customers; she should absolutely change professions because, frankly, the image of your mechanics is truly deplorable with people like her. Good luck to any future customers who have to deal with her. Because, once again, it's the customer who suffers because of incompetent people. Just to conclude my dissatisfaction with the mechanics service, thankfully... that the second-hand SALES department is super friendly: Mr. Sébastien V.

I bought a Peugeot 308 and they took my Ford Fiesta in part exchange. The service at the garage, as well as the various phone calls and emails with Sébastien V., went perfectly. All my questions and requests were addressed, as was the trade-in of my Ford. I thank Sébastien and I recommend his service and his garage.
