I am very disappointed with the welcome I received at this Renault agency in Limay.
I went there to meet with a salesperson about purchasing a vehicle. After waiting for over 20 minutes, the salesperson, once free, completely ignored my presence and preferred to chat with the receptionist, even though it was obvious I was waiting. Despite my patience, no one took the time to come see me or even just say hello.
Such lack of consideration for a potential customer is unacceptable. I do not recommend this agency.

My Captur has been serviced for 4 years and I'm very happy with it. Both the mechanics and the receptionists are attentive to their customers.

I recently had my car repaired at Renault. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I appreciated the loaner car they provided while my car was being repaired. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this garage. 👍

This week I dropped off my vehicle for a manufacturer's warranty claim and also asked them to check a problem with my windshield.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was told I owed 70 euros for the diagnostic check.
However, when I dropped off the vehicle, I wasn't informed that the diagnostic check was chargeable.
The only response I received at the time of payment was, "Sir, all diagnostic checks are chargeable," when in fact, not all diagnostic checks are chargeable, but you are obligated to inform the customer that a check is chargeable before performing the diagnostic check.
I thank the staff for their professional honesty. I absolutely do not recommend this Renault dealership in Limay.
