A big thank you to Alexandre and the team at Faurie Renault Limoges for their help with the purchase of our Captur.
Alexandre replied promptly to my expression of interest and was happy to discuss our options in English as our French is still limited. We arranged a meeting to view the comprehensive stock of vehicles and take a test drive.
We collected our car a week later, promptly completed the paperwork and Robin then ran through the vehicle features and set the car up for us.
Overall, a first class service and highly recommended. Thanks again.

Hugely supportive in the face of my less than fluent French. Sandrine made the car purchase painless. Good knowledge of their products. Helpful and friendly. Final paperwork processing was cordial - sorry i didn't catch your name. Demonstration was excellent. Merci Candice. Follow up calls can be a bland courtesy, but in this case I felt they actually cared. Deserving of 6 stars.
