Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at this dealership when buying my car. Fabien Gallet, the salesperson, was friendly, helpful, and offered excellent advice throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions clearly and professionally.
When I took delivery of the vehicle, his colleague, Éloïse Vassaux, was also very pleasant and helpful, making the experience enjoyable and reassuring.
However, I think the trade-in offer for my old car could have been a bit more attractive. Despite this, the support and quality of customer service were excellent.
