A visit to the Garage de Catalogne today, and what a visit it was! My appointment was at 2 PM for four tires, and right on time, I was greeted by the owner. My car was taken care of immediately, and coffee was already waiting for me in the relaxation area. The place was spotless with ambient music. The owner (Ghislain), incredibly friendly and helpful, took the opportunity to chat and tell me the history of the place. It was such a unique and rare experience that I felt compelled to mention it. The work was very professional and completed on time. The entire process was explained and photographed. At no point did I feel like I was just getting a simple tire change… I felt more like I was in a premium garage about to have a €2000 service done. The attention to detail was constant, and the service was genuine! In conclusion, they even cleaned a wheel arch that had grease on it after a CV joint boot replacement... done at a local Renault garage, which didn't bother with it at all! I highly recommend the garage and its staff; I've discovered a real gem and plan to have my vehicles serviced there from now on. Thanks again, Ghislain. Arnaud Masip.

My vehicle was repaired with a delay, forcing me to return by train, and due to an assembly error! It was also held hostage for a week while another garage took care of the payment, despite the agreements sent by email; the owner refused to answer the phone or respond to my emails. The worst experience ever! Never go there!

As a long-time Peugeot customer, I am very disappointed with my visit to your garage. I came in for advice because my Peugeot 1007 was making an unusual noise. You didn't even bother to get out and listen to the noise before immediately quoting me €96 for a diagnosis. Where is the safety of Peugeot customers? Clearly, it's not a priority in your garage!

A long-time Peugeot customer at the Carcassonne garage, I stopped in for a simple piece of advice (my Bluetooth had deactivated). I received a very poor reception because the employee started talking to me outside the garage. A woman came out, determined to fill out a customer file for me, and a man who came up behind her said, and I quote, "You don't wait until you're sick to go to the doctor, do you?" Look for the message...

Incompetence, appalling customer service. My (new) car was immobilized for 5 months for repairs: no information, no apology. The manager's attitude was dismissive and disrespectful. Avoid this garage.
