I don't know if it's from you or your neighbor, but very often the same man gets out (probably to test the cars) without giving right of way to oncoming traffic. I've had several near accidents, and the gentleman allows himself to signal "Easy" when someone honks.
If you care so little about the safety of your fellow citizens, I can't imagine your work ethic.
