They gave me a quote for €700 for rear discs, but after a second inspection elsewhere, I got seized calipers for €400!?
And on top of that, the reception was not at all friendly.
After looking, I realized there are much more professional shops in the area. Be careful!

Absolutely avoid, a total disaster!
I didn't even deal directly with their garage, and thank goodness for that! Just seeing their disorganization and total lack of professionalism, you quickly understand who you're dealing with. I broke down on the highway, and absolute bad luck: the repairman assigned was from their company. The result? No explanation, no help, and they barely kicked me out once my vehicle was parked in their lot, without the slightest indication of what to do next.
I had to pay in advance for them to quickly transfer my vehicle to another garage. Not only did they miss the deadline (three days late!), but they didn't even bother to notify me. They just dumped the vehicle and left the keys on a counter, without even notifying the receiving garage. No communication, no professionalism, zero respect for the customer.
It's a good thing I'd anticipated this myself by calling the destination garage, otherwise my vehicle would still have been stuck there.
It's a disgrace that such a company can still operate. Run away from them; they're incompetent, flippant, and completely untrustworthy.

I have our two household vehicles serviced at Garage Fauroux. I am very satisfied with the welcome, the service, and the advice from the team; I also appreciate the flexibility with the payment options.

When incompetence combines with contempt and lies. This garage is to mechanics what bubblegum is to fine French cuisine—a complete rip-off. Random diagnostics, uncertain and expensive repairs, lost phone number to keep us informed, daily forgetfulness of customers who call the garage, wrong parts ordered, and ultimately, the vehicle failed its roadworthiness test.
After a call to the garage following this failure, the mechanic blames the receptionist, if not the customer, for not listening or sharing this information. Good people, run away!

It was a bit chilly the first time, but I think I must have gone on the wrong day! I went to get my mountain bike serviced (a small, inexpensive bike I've had for years, which I admit has more sentimental value, but it works well. Since I'm not a fan of the latest gear, it's more than enough for me). The service and repairs were top-notch, no complaints! My bike is good for several more years! The turnaround time between ordering the tires and the repair was reasonable! The quote and final price were very fair! The owner was very accommodating and gave me a discount on a bike light for riding at night... He also answered several questions I had on various topics... The receptionists were pleasant... I recommend them! Thank you.
