Our friend took her car in as the lights were not working. No booking, just turned up. They immediately checked the car, replaced the bulbs and only charged for the parts. Excellent service, I am certain that she will take the car back for its next service.

Very satisfied.
First time taking my car to this garage for a service, I received a very warm welcome, and the work was thorough (they even wrestled with the messy contents of my trunk to check the spare tire 😅).
The bill matched the quoted price, the service was on time, and they even reminded me about my upcoming vehicle inspection, which I was about to completely forget...
In short, very friendly staff, a job well done, and a lower bill than at previous garages. I highly recommend them!

Never answers the phone...
You have to call them 35 times just to get a quote and for them to answer the phone. Instead of hiring a secretary, it would be much simpler for everyone...
I asked for a discount on my second annual service, but the manager refused, claiming it's the same for everyone. What a wonderful vision of business! No comment. I felt like I was asking for a million euros in discounts, and we're talking about 80 euros... Anyway, I found a Peugeot dealership in Trévoux that was much more welcoming, friendly, and customer-focused. They know how to build customer loyalty. I'll always go there from now on. They gave me a 15% discount right away without any fuss, and as a bonus, they washed my car and lent me a vehicle without even mentioning gas. What more could you ask for? I do not recommend this garage.
