Appointment at 1 PM, 1:50 PM, still no one there. Apparently, they have loaner vehicles available, according to the calls, for a service on a Clio 5 that was supposed to be done in an afternoon. On the day, they told me "the workshop is full" and then, "If you're not happy, go to Sarrebourg." No need to say more.
