I dropped my car in for a tire change and wheel alignment, and two days later, I ended up with an extra oil change without having requested it. The engine was knocking, and when I checked the oil level, it was too high. The engine was dead. The garage refused to cover anything due to their mistake, and I'm left with my car with a broken engine at my own expense. I strongly advise against using this garage.

Warning: invoice for services not requested. For example, oil changes for a simple tire replacement. The site manager is acting in very bad faith...

What I have to say is be careful because I had to take my vehicle to them because it showed a clogging. They checked it and told me it was the DPF, like anyone who cares about their vehicle. Given the prices, I trusted them. They did the repairs. It cost me €425. Then after 1,000 km the message reappeared. So I went to another garage, which checked it and told me it was the DPF. I said, "No, it's not possible." I just paid €425 for it. So I asked the new garage, "Can you fix it?" They said, "Yes." I didn't want to go back to Citroën because it would have caused me to drive away with a clogging message. No, I didn't want to break my car. So I went to pick up my car, which was repaired at the new garage, and the bill was €628. The mechanic told me they didn't do anything at Citroën because we had trouble getting the hoses fixed, even when it was hot. So they didn't do anything to your car, and now I'm thinking, I paid Citroën €425 for nothing, and they say, "Yes, so I asked to get the parts back. I wrote to them about it because I intend to get reimbursed for the invoice from Citroën, who charged me €425 for a DPF repair, and they did nothing. I called my legal protection this morning. I gave them the invoice from Citroën, who did nothing, and the certificates. Then the parts. An expert will come and take them because for a DPF, it ended up costing me more than €1,100 in two garages, whereas if Citroën had done it, it would have cost me €425. So, advice: be careful when you go to them for a service that's checked afterward. In addition, the new mechanic told me that when they do a DPF, they do an oil change for clean oil. Something that Citroën didn't do, it's normal, they didn't do anything to my car, lol. So, I'm telling them. attack to reimburse me for my invoice for a service they did not do on my car
