I've always been greeted by the same person, I believe it's Christina. I commend her calm and patience. She knows how to handle all sorts of situations and is very professional in both her actions and words. She also provides excellent customer service. The team in general is very friendly. Incidentally, there were a lot of vehicle breakdowns the day I visited, and I was stuck at the workshop for almost three hours, but the wait didn't seem long because the receptionists regularly checked to see if everything was alright. As for the service of my vehicle, there was nothing special to report.

Christina gave me a very warm welcome.
The staff is excellent and competent.
I hope this continues and that the servicing on my vehicle remains very thorough, as our lives are in your hands.
Just one small disappointment: since 2023, I've been going to the garage between two and four times a year. With my old C3, I only went once in a while over 17 years.

A big thank you to the Citroën team for the warm welcome. I arrived on time for my appointment and the service was also on time.
The service took a little longer than expected, but thankfully there was a coffee machine...
I received a very warm welcome from this team and I highly recommend this garage.

I'm deleting my review because I'm a man of my word.
I want to thank Christina for finally resolving the issue with my (new) vehicle's telematics unit.
After a long struggle and many months of waiting, she called me immediately when the part arrived, and I was given priority for a quick appointment.
Thank you to her, her managers, and everyone who listened to a disillusioned customer who didn't know where else to turn.
However, regarding the Citroën online store service, I give 5 stars to the manager who answered me, but 0 stars to the advisors.
I now hope to have no further problems and only need to return to the garage for my vehicle's first service.
