Who better than Renault to damage your car?
We entrusted our relatively new vehicle to them for paintwork following vandalism, and we got it back with a dead battery and a scratched alloy wheel.
The mechanic initially admitted his mistake before questioning my word and making inappropriate criticisms, spreading malicious rumors about my character and personality. Trust only goes his way.
I had to get angry before the wheel was repaired after a week's delay.
In short, he won't be seeing us again, and we'll now entrust our cars to a mechanic who won't act in bad faith or spread gossip from who knows who.
I gave one star, but that's because it's required to post a review.
