My car was left for a quick and efficient oil change, but I was charged for 1 hour and 20 minutes of labor! It's usually a maximum of 1 hour. At least, that's what I've been charged at other garages where I've had the same work done elsewhere.
And on top of that, they charged me 26 euros for windshield washer fluid. I never asked them to refill it. It wasn't empty. I do it myself, and a whole 5-liter container costs me 5 euros! Isn't that a bit of a rip-off?!

We dropped off a Mégane 2 due to a key fob problem and an oil leak. The quote was approved, thinking both issues would be resolved (€770). We picked up the car; after 30 minutes of driving, the oil leak started again, even though it had been in the garage for 15 days (they could have monitored it since the source of the leak hadn't been found). We returned the Mégane to the garage, and miraculously, they discovered the source of the oil leak. (+€250)
Conclusion: the initial quote didn't resolve the leak, but since I don't know anything about it, I wrongly trusted the mechanic.
I ended up asking the owner to lend us a vehicle while the repair was being carried out (gearbox leak), and it was impossible to lend one, but he was willing to rent us one!
Move on and look for a professional and honest mechanic.

My daughter went to this garage. She picked up her car a few days later, and we dropped it off at Bois du Château. I was a mechanic who was repairing his own car. She picked it up, drove it for a few hours, and then it broke down again. It had been tampered with. She had just paid 2,000 francs, and to replace the other part, it would have cost another 400 francs. I do not recommend this garage. They don't even do the repairs themselves; they send them to the Renault garage on Rue de la Maîtrie. Just so you know.
